Priority Services – what’s available
We have a dedicated team on hand to help
When you register for Priority Services, you get access to a dedicated team specially trained to help with your questions. We will contact you each year to make sure we’re still supporting you in the best way.
We will also review your water bill once a year to make sure you are on the best tariff for the services you receive from us. When you register for Priority Services, you can tell us how you would like us to contact you and we will use that method for all future communications. Remember, we treat everything you tell us in the strictest confidence.
